Custom Jewelry Design

As specialists in custom jewelry, over the years, we have refined the process of creation into 3 stages:

Design Meeting
The first stage of the custom jewelry process is an initial meeting with a Jewelry and Design Specialist to discuss your design preferences, potential stones, and budget. While an appointment isn’t required, it’s recommended for a more productive discussion. We’ll explore different design concepts, materials, and their impact on cost, durability, and aesthetics. Once we settle on a design, we’ll provide you with a quote for the completed piece.

CAD Model
The second stage involves taking your design concepts and stone choices to create a CAD model, typically completed within a week. Once finished, you’ll receive renderings of your custom jewelry piece for your approval or any changes you’d like to make. The ability to modify the design at this stage allows for a truly personalized final piece. After you approve the renderings, we’ll move on to the production of your custom piece.

Production
In this stage, we create your custom jewelry piece. Using the approved CAD model, we prototype it into a physical model for casting in your chosen metal. Our master goldsmiths will then handle all finishing touches, stone setting, and fabrication to ensure your piece is perfect. This final stage typically takes one to three weeks, depending on the time of year and the complexity of the design.

The time frame for creating a custom piece of jewelry can vary based on its style, but it generally takes two to five weeks to complete your design. We’re happy to accommodate your needs if you have a specific deadline.

The final cost for a custom design is different for each customer. Once we discuss your design concepts and materials, our Jewelry and Design Specialists will create a customized quote for your completed piece.
