Please note that many of the jewelry products showcased on our website are representative samples of what we offer. Our showroom in Raleigh features an extensive collection of fine jewelry, and the products displayed online provide a general representation of our available styles and craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pieces on the site may or may not have pricing listed on them. For the pieces with pricing listed, the price is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing inaccuracies, typographical errors, or suspected fraud.

For pieces that can be purchased through the site, payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and special order items are made specifically for you.

A deposit may be required prior to beginning production, and in most cases, this deposit is non-refundable. Throughout the design process, we may provide sketches, CAD renderings, or models for approval. Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom and special order items are final sale.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For in-store purchases, all sales are final and not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, as-sold condition. The value of the item may be applied toward another purchase or issued as store credit.

For online purchases, returns for refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, as-sold condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Repairs & Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and repair services. However, jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear over time.

While we stand behind our work, repairs do not guarantee prevention of future damage. Damage resulting from everyday wear, accidental impact, or improper care is not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JM Edwards Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase or use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of JM Edwards Jewelry and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
